Mikaila

​Mikaila grew up in Sherwood Park, Alberta and now lives here with her fiance Derek and their 95ibs puppy Benson (as a patient you will probably be subjected to looking at pictures of him as Mikaila is a self proclaimed crazy puppy mom).Mikaila graduated from NAIT's dental assisting program in 2014, it was at this time she first came to Nottingham dental for her practicum. Fortunatly for her, she was offered a position at the end of her placement and was able to stay on board with all the incredible staff and patients she got to know at this clinic. Patient comfort and care is what originally drew Mikaila to this career path and she strives to go above and beyond to ensure her patients have the best possible experience everytime they walk through the door. Outside of work, Mikaila enjoys spending time with her family, she is lucky enough to live so close to so many of them. Mikaila and her fiance Derek love the outdoors including camping, hiking, and most importantly fly fishing. Together they spend hundreds of hours a year by a creek, lake, or on the ice.
